1. Service Engagement

All services are provided based on mutual agreement, project scope, or service contracts discussed with the client. Work begins only after the initial engagement protocols are satisfied.

2. Invoicing Process

Clients receive a detailed invoice outlining the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms before initiating any payment. Invoices are generated electronically and sent to the registered email address.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. We accept:

4. Payment Process

After receiving the invoice, clients are provided with a secure payment link to complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, an automated confirmation and digital receipt are shared with the client immediately.

We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card details or banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are handled securely by PCI-DSS certified payment partners.

6. Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services (sprints/deployments) until the outstanding payment is received and verified.
